A study comparing robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) and open partial nephrectomy (OPN) for allograft renal cell carcinoma (RCC) found RAPN led to significantly lower blood loss (6.5 mL vs. 350 mL) and shorter hospital stays (3 vs. 10 days). Both procedures had similar oncological and renal function outcomes, suggesting RAPN as a promising option for T1 allograft tumors.
