This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of overground robotic gait training (RGT) in subacute stroke patients unable to walk. Enrolling 54 patients, the study compares RGT to usual care, delivering 90 minutes of gait training weekly during inpatient rehabilitation. Key assessments will focus on walking function, health outcomes, and cost analysis at various intervals. Findings will contribute foundational evidence on the clinical use of RGT in stroke recovery, emphasizing safety, tolerability, and feasibility in inpatient settings.
