Roche announced that the Phase III STARGLO study met its primary endpoint by demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in overall survival for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study revealed that patients treated with Columvi® (glofitamab) in combination with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GemOx) lived longer compared to those treated with MabThera®/Rituxan® (rituximab) and GemOx. Safety data indicated consistency with known profiles of individual medicines. The findings will be submitted to health authorities and presented at an upcoming medical conference.
