Seven procedures were conducted, including transoral robotic surgery (TORS) and fine needle aspirations (FNA). Six patients had diagnostically sufficient samples for treatment planning, and no major complications were reported. The saline-assisted US-guided biopsy proves safe and effective for accurate tissue sampling, tumor excision, and treatment planning in retropharyngeal nodes.
