SBRT boost after pelvic radiotherapy offers similar short-term quality of life (QoL), urinary and bowel outcomes, and toxicity compared to standard CF-EBRT boost in high-risk prostate cancer. In this randomized trial of 100 patients, both approaches showed low biochemical failure (<5%) and no significant differences in EPIC or IPSS scores. SBRT is a well-tolerated alternative, though long-term data are needed to confirm disease control and toxicity outcomes.
