The study sought to use the National Cancer Database (NCDB) to characterize treatment outcomes in sinonasal Acinic cell carcinoma (ACC). Unadjusted Kaplan-Meier estimates, log-rank tests, and a multivariable Cox proportional hazard model were used to assess overall survival (OS). On multivariate analysis, older age was associated with worse OS. The sphenoid sinus disease correlated with worse survival, and large tumour size was associated with worse OS on the log-rank test but not on multivariate analysis.
