SIRS occurred in 17.2% of cases, with only 0.99% progressing to severe sepsis. Multivariate analysis revealed that larger stone size (>4 cm²), positive preoperative and pelvic urine cultures, multiple access tracts, and blood transfusion were independent risk factors (p < 0.05).
