A new study finds depression, stress, and anxiety are significantly linked to sleep problems and fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers surveyed over 250 MS patients and found a strong positive correlation between these psychological factors and both sleep disorders and fatigue. Interestingly, age didn't play a significant role in overall sleep issues, though it did influence aspects like insomnia and oversleeping. The findings suggest addressing mental health alongside physical symptoms could improve sleep and overall well-being for MS patients.
