Snoring Linked to Higher Risk of Keratoconus

A Mendelian randomization study investigated the causal relationship between snoring and keratoconus (KCN) using genetic data. The analysis revealed that an elevated risk of snoring had a robust causal effect on the development of KCN, with multiple complementary methods confirming the association. The study found no evidence that KCN increased the risk of snoring.
