These findings highlight differential risks and biases about where patients live and receive care. Although aggregate data cannot replace individual lived experiences, it provides the context of socioeconomic position about health status. Despite Class I recommendations to assess SDOHs, these factors should be more frequently captured. And healthcare providers need to be trained regarding metrics or actionable interventions.
