Sociodemographic and obstetric factors associated with health‐related quality of life of high‐risk pregnant women

A cross-sectional study conducted in Ceara, Brazil, examined the connection between sociodemographic and obstetric variables and high-risk pregnant women's health-related quality of life. The analysis involved 276 participants, revealing that specific characteristics, including age ≥ 35 years and higher income per dependent, were associated with improved quality of life in specific domains. Findings underscore the importance of considering these factors in prenatal care to enhance the overall well-being of high-risk pregnant women, offering valuable insights for healthcare providers.
