Standardized Algorithm Improves Cesarean Scar Pregnancy Outcomes

The retrospective cohort of 53 cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) cases showed that using a standardized treatment algorithm significantly reduced complication rates. Expectant care was associated with a 9.6-fold higher complication risk versus active treatment.
