This study evaluates the stapled W-shaped ileal neobladder technique used after radical cystectomy in 100 patients from December 2009 to July 2022. The median surgical time was 210 minutes, with early and late complication rates of 18% and 11.7%, respectively. Full urinary continence rates were 74.7% at 12 months and 82.7% at 36 months. The technique demonstrated low complication rates and favorable long-term urinary function, indicating its effectiveness and safety.
