A retrospective analysis of 324 patients suspected of cervical lesions evaluated the predictive value of NLR, PLR, MLR, and SII using colposcopy-confirmed biopsy results. Results indicated higher NLR, PLR, and SII in cervical lesion groups compared to those without lesions, but with limited discriminatory power (AUC: 0.569-0.582). MLR showed no significant differences. The study suggests cautious interpretation of these inflammatory markers in predicting cervical cancer severity in clinical settings.
