A cohort study of 404 patients with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) explored flare status, timing, and peri-flare treatment patterns. Results showed 63% of patients experienced flares, with a mean annualized flare rate of 0.91 flares per patient. Younger, nonwhite, and Hispanic/Latino patients were more likely to flare. Treatment patterns included frequent adjustments, particularly with off-label biologics and systemic agents.
