Study Links Migraine with Female Sexual Dysfunction

A cross-sectional study examined 800 women (400 with migraine, 400 healthy) to assess female sexual dysfunction (FSD). Women with migraine showed significantly lower FSFI scores, particularly in desire and arousal domains. Migraine emerged as the primary predictor of FSD, alongside factors like low education, urban residency, high parity, chronic illness, and smoking. This study highlights the impact of migraine on sexual health in Saudi women.
