Following PRISMA guidelines, the systematic review explores the correlation between fatigue and postural control (PC) in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Five studies reveal consistent evidence of fatigue negatively affecting PC in MS patients, primarily through walking and strength tests. However, limitations in study quality and methodology are noted. The review emphasizes the importance of considering gender differences, balance, fatigue tasks, and muscle function in future studies to comprehensively understand the complex interplay between MS-related fatigue and PC deficits post-activity.
