Explored the association between dental and dentoalveolar arch forms in children with normal occlusion and malocclusion. The study categorized arch forms using the LiLo curve and polynomial functions, revealing complex one-to-many relationships between dental and dentoalveolar arch clusters. Misalignments were prevalent in malocclusion cases, affecting significant percentages of the maxilla and mandible. These findings underscore the potential benefits of early orthodontic intervention in aligning dental and dentoalveolar arch forms for improved treatment outcomes.
