
In a study involving 1539 women who underwent euploid embryo transfer, the presence of subchorionic hematomas (SCH) during the first trimester significantly impacted pregnancy outcomes. Compared to those without SCH, women with SCH experienced higher rates of early miscarriage and hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (HDP), along with a lower live birth rate. Specifically, the SCH group exhibited a 10.1% early miscarriage rate, an 85.6% live birth rate, and an 8.9% incidence of HDP. Notably, SCH with bleeding had a particularly elevated risk of HDP. These findings highlight the importance of identifying and monitoring SCH during early pregnancy, as they may serve as potential indicators of adverse pregnancy outcomes following euploid embryo transfer.
