This study evaluated short-term sunlight exposure effects on fundus blood flow perfusion (BFP) in children after work. Eighty-one students aged 7-15 with specific spherical equivalent refraction were assigned to low-illuminance (4k lux) or high-illuminance (10k lux) groups. Following one hour of indoor reading, participants were exposed to sunlight matching their group's intensity for 15 minutes. Measurements showed initial BFP decreases in the 10k lux group and increases in the 4k lux group within the first five minutes. Both groups saw decreased BFP from 5 to 15 minutes. Higher illuminance restored BFP more rapidly, recommending continuous exposure over 15 minutes to prevent myopia.
