The study examined outcomes in ROS1+ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) from the TRUST-I study of taletrectinib, a CNS-active ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). In TKI-naïve patients, the confirmed overall response rate (cORR) was 91%, with median progression-free survival (PFS) not reached. Crizotinib-pretreated patients showed a cORR of 52% and a median PFS of 7.6 months. Taletrectinib demonstrated high efficacy, including against intracranial lesions and G2032R mutations, with a favorable safety profile.
