The retrospective study evaluated postoperative outcomes following inguinal lymph node dissection (ILND) for penile cancer, comparing early telemedicine follow-up with standard care. Early follow-up was associated with significantly lower 30-day Clavien–Dindo complication scores and fewer unplanned hospital visits in univariate analysis. Though some associations lost significance after adjustment, findings support the value of early virtual follow-up to reduce postoperative morbidity in high-risk ILND patients.
