The study investigated the relationship between testosterone levels and cognitive functions in Klinefelter syndrome (KS). Among 30 KS individuals, higher testosterone levels were positively correlated with improved cognitive flexibility, memory, visual functions, and adaptive behavior. Ratios of free testosterone to luteinizing hormone and estradiol were strongly associated with intellectual performance.
