Additionally, INSL3 levels were lower during the infection but increased at the three-month follow-up. The total number of motile spermatozoa was also lower during the infection but improved at the six-month follow-up. Interestingly, no SARS-CoV-2 RNA was found in the semen samples collected throughout the study.
