This study aimed to summarize recent evidence about ovarian reserve markers in women with multiple sclerosis (MS) compared to healthy controls. The primary outcome was serum anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels. The research was conducted by searching several databases from inception to June 30, 2022. Results showed that there was no significant difference in serum AMH levels between women with MS and controls. However, antral follicle count (AFC) and estradiol blood levels were significantly lower, and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were significantly higher in women with MS than in controls.
