The study found that TVU parameters, specifically CL with HR and IOS, showed better predictive value for successful IOL than BS. The AUC for CL with HR and IOS were 0.733 and 0.777 for the first 2 endpoints, and the AUC for HR was 0.750 for the third endpoint. The AUCs for CL and IOS were 0.784, 0.833, and 0.855 for the 3 endpoints. The study concluded that CL and E-Cervix could provide a better predictive value for successful IOL than BS.
