A retrospective analysis of 15 abdominal pregnancy (AP) cases from 2010 to 2021 was conducted to identify clinical and ultrasound characteristics, aiming to improve diagnostic accuracy. All cases occurred in early pregnancy, predominantly in the pelvic cavity, with some implanted on the greater omentum or diaphragm. Ultrasound findings revealed mixed hyperechoic patterns in eight cases, gestational sacs in four cases, and mixed hypoechoic features in three cases. These observations underscore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in identifying unique AP characteristics. The study highlights the potential of ultrasound as a critical tool for improving early detection and management of abdominal pregnancy.
