This retrospective observational study analyzes the urological procedures performed in the management of pelvic gynecological cancers and deep endometriosis over ten years at a gynecological surgery department in a university hospital. The study includes 86 patients, 27 with pelvic gynecological cancer, and 59 with deep endometriosis. Procedures included uretero-vesical catheterization, partial cystectomy, psoic bladder ureteral reimplantation, and trans-ileal Bricker skin ureterostomy. The average operating time was 316 minutes for pelvic gynecological cancer patients and 198.9 minutes for deep endometriosis patients. Post-operative complications were observed in 8.2% of cases, with a higher incidence in the gynecological cancer group. The study emphasizes the importance of rigorous justification and specialized training in multidisciplinary surgical procedures for optimal patient care.
