Ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URSL) effectively manages pediatric urolithiasis with stones ≥10mm. This study of 61 patients (mean age 10 years) across 83 procedures shows a 93.4% cumulative stone-free rate. Postoperative complications were minimal (6%) and the average hospital stay was 1.4 days. URSL is a safe and effective treatment option for large stones, though further research is needed for standardized management.
