This retrospective study assessed the agreement between an automatic software program and manual evaluation in reconstructing, delineating, and measuring the levator hiatus (LH) on maximal Valsalva maneuver using transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) examination. The study analyzed data from 100 patients and found that the automatic software program had a 94% satisfaction rate in reconstructing the LH. There were a few unsatisfactory reconstructed images due to gas in the rectum. Despite some limitations, the software program demonstrated good performance in LH reconstruction, delineation, and measurement. The study suggests that the Smart Pelvic System software program can be used effectively in clinical practice.
