The study evaluated 13 pediatric patients undergoing proximal humerus tumor resection with bone reconstruction. The mean humerus defect was 13.7 cm, and complications included graft fractures (23%) and delayed wound healing (15%). All fractures healed with conservative management. The mean MSTS score was 21.5, indicating satisfactory functional outcomes. The technique shows potential but requires long-term validation for enhanced success rates.
