The study assessed 12 sleep measures from the Verily Numetric Watch (VNW) against polysomnography in 41 participants (18–78 years). Sleep-wake classification had high sensitivity (0.97) but moderate specificity (0.66). Sleep stage classification accuracy was 0.78. Most measures showed proportional biases, but subgroup results were consistent. Findings support VNW’s effectiveness for sleep monitoring.
