A systematic review investigated the efficacy of vestibular rehabilitation in improving postural balance among individuals with Parkinson's disease. The study includes three eligible studies encompassing 130 participants. Meta-analysis revealed significant improvement in postural balance, as assessed by the Berg Balance Scale, irrespective of disease stage (MD = 5.35; 95% CI = 2.39, 8.31; P < 0.001). However, the limited number of randomized controlled trials and concerns regarding bias warrant cautious interpretation. The overall evidence quality remains very low, underscoring the need for further rigorous research to ascertain vestibular rehabilitation's efficacy in Parkinson's management.
