Vibegron shows high efficacy in pediatric patients with refractory daytime urinary incontinence

This study investigated the effectiveness of vibegron for pediatric cases of daytime urinary incontinence (DUI), including refractory cases. The study included 57 patients treated with vibegron, and factors such as age, frequency of DUI, duration of vibegron treatment, presence of neurodevelopmental disorders and constipation, and anticholinergic medication use were evaluated. The response rate for vibegron treatment was 68.3%, with a higher response rate in cases without anticholinergic use. Vibegron was found to be effective in pediatric cases of DUI, and it is expected to play a significant role in treatment.
