Adolescents' weekend movement patterns affect quality of life. In this cross-sectional study of 1,070 Czech adolescents (mean age 13.8 years), four 24-hour movement behaviour (MB) profiles were identified. Most teens shifted to less healthy MB profiles on weekends, leading to lower health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and well-being. Teens maintaining the "Excellent" profile showed the highest HRQoL. Findings highlight the need for consistent movement routines throughout the week.
